Car box

The Helland Autoboks series has been developed for safe, efficient and flexible control of feed augers and other equipment in both agriculture and industry. The boxes are equipped with contactor, motor protection, sensor inputs, timer relay and control switches – all packaged in a robust control box that can withstand demanding environments.

A timer relay ensures that the auger can never run longer than the set maximum time. This prevents the entire silo from being emptied in the event of incorrect or unwanted operation.

71200 - Start MAN / Stop MAN

Function: Manual start and stop of the feed auger. Secured with adjustable time relay for maximum operating time. Application: Manual operation where the operator wants full control.

71550 - Start MAN / Auto Stop

Function: Started manually, stopped automatically by level sensor in the top of the outlet pipe - or stopped manually. Secured with time relay. Application: Filling of wheelbarrows or tubs where automatic stop provides safer operation.

71500 - Start / Stop (fully automatic)

Function: Starts automatically with level sensor in the bottom of the silo. Stops automatically with level sensor in the top pipe. Secured with time relay. Application: Feed for milking robots and feeding machines - places that require stable and automatic supply.

71580 - Autobox Feed mixer / external control

Function: An external device (feed mixer, robot, remote control, etc.) controls the start and stop of the feed auger. Secured with a time relay. Application: Filling of feed trolley, connection to dosing system or other external control.

71700 - Autobox with timer display in front

Function: Controls the feed auger after a set time to dispense a specific amount. Time and amount are easily adjusted via display. Secured with time relay. Application: Dispensing in feed mixers or other processes that require precise amount control.

71800 - Start / Stop with time delay

Function: When the level drops below the sensor, a countdown starts before the feed auger starts. Stops automatically when the level is refilled. Secured with a time relay. Application: Augers connected one after the other, especially for milking robots and automatic feeders.
