Silos, Conveyors, and Control systems

The silo models of Helland Silosystem are designed for durability and are produced to high quality standards using hot-dip galvanized steel in the factory at Ålgård in Gjesdal municipality in Rogaland. It is not uncommon for second-generation farmers to contact us to obtain new parts for the Helland silo their parents once purchased, or to supplement their operation with a second or third silo.

Since its inception in 1965, Helland Silosystem has been closely aligned with the market, developing new solutions and improvements in line with the development of compound feed and the farmer’s needs, as exemplified by the ‘first in – first out’ technology. A self-produced discharging sphere and Unipro feed screw work together to ensure gentle handling of the feed and even filling and emptying of the silo, which guarantees consistent feed quality.
