The Basic Inspection is a one-day on-site inspection and review of the system, providing an overall assessment of its technical condition and functionality.
The inspection includes, among other things, camera inspection of blower and filling pipes, inspection of silos and piping, spot checks of valves and mechanical components, inspection and calibration of the weighing system, as well as an assessment of feeding operations, cleanliness and any accumulation of old feed.
This package is ideal for facilities that want regular condition checks and a better basis for planning future maintenance.
The Comprehensive Inspection is our most extensive service package and includes a complete inspection and maintenance review of the entire system, including an assessment against relevant operation and maintenance instructions.
We carry out a more detailed inspection of chain conveyor systems, silo rooms, feeding machines and other key components. This includes cleaning drive units and corner wheels, inspecting chain tension, valves, motors, pipes and drop pipes, as well as checking the weighing system, sensors and feed dispensing systems.
We also assess feed quality, cleanliness and the need for lubrication and other maintenance.
This package is ideal for customers who want a thorough technical inspection and preventive maintenance of their entire feeding system.
Following the annual inspection, we prepare a detailed report outlining recommended actions and improvements.
The report provides documentation of the system’s condition and gives the customer a clear and practical basis for further maintenance and follow-up.
