The Tube conveyor is an efficient transportation method for feed and is used when feed needs to be transported from one silo/container/ weight unit to multiple feed stations/automatic dosing units.

This is a piping system used for filling silos from portable blowing units or bulk trucks. The pipes are made of aluminium, and the bends are made of galvanized steel.
The bends have a long radius, and the joints are seamless, ensuring that the filling process is as gentle as possible.
The bends are available in angles of 15, 30, 45, 60, and 90 degrees, allowing for easy construction and adaptation of the installation to each individual system.
Helland Flexible Auger is available in four models, depending on pipe type, bend radius, and auger. Choosing the right auger is important for gentle handling. Helland Flexible Auger can easily be installed around obstacles in long pipe systems.
For Flexi 90 and 90/75, Norwegian-made pipes are used, which are 10% thicker in material and produced with a special PVC to ensure reliable operation. Inside, a flexible spiral with an extra smooth surface is used, providing gentle handling of the feed.
Flexi 90/75 is especially suitable for transporting pellets in various sizes, while Flexi 125 is developed for larger pellets.
Redler is used for horizontal transport of feed or grain, whether it’s for filling and distributing between silos or transport from a “pit.”
The transportation method is gentle and has good capacity. The equipment is supplied in galvanized construction and can be installed outdoors. It also comes with motors and outlets, allowing the contents to be released precisely where needed.
