The timer relay is used to ensure that the entire content of the silo is not emptied by mistake.
71200 – Start MAN/Stop MAN
The feed screw is started and stopped manually and is secured with an adjustable time relay for maximum time.
Application: Manual operation
71550 – Start MAN/Auto Stop
The feed screw is started manually and stops automatically with a level sensor at the top of the outlet pipe or can be stopped manually.
Secured with adjustable time relay for maximum time.
Application: Filling wheelbarrows
71500 – Start/Stop
The feed screw starts automatically with a level sensor at the bottom of the silo and stops with a level sensor in the top pipe.
Secured with an adjustable time relay for maximum time.
Application: Feed for milking robots and feeders.
71580 – Auto Box Feed Mixer/External Control
An external control or device can start and stop the feed screw as needed. It is secured with an adjustable time relay for maximum time.
Application: Filling feed in a feed cart, connecting a remote control, etc.
71700 – Auto Box with Timer Display on the Front
This adjusts the time the feed screw should spin to dose the specified amount. You can easily change the time the feed screw should spin on the display.
Secured with an adjustable time relay for maximum time.
Application: Dosing in a feed mixer or anything else that requires dosing.
71800 – Start/Stop with Time Delay
When the level drops below the level sensor, a sensor counts down to the set time before the feed screw starts. When the feed reaches the level sensor again, it stops.
Secured with an adjustable time relay for maximum time.
Application: Screws connected in series – for milking robots and feeders.
OK 160/100, two-way branch: Used in connection with blowing. Manual or electric damper with feedback.
Ø-100, two-way fork: Used to control falling feed in two directions. Manual or electric damper with feedback.
We also deliver cabinets with controls adapted to the deliveries. This includes frequency converters, soft starters and controls.
